One of the best Thai's in Dortmund. Sensationally good-tasting dishes for a snack. No wonder, a Thai chef cooks this with distinction. The ingredients are fresh and fruity, we are delighted every time!

I've been eating there regularly for 4 years and have been ordering Ped Phoket every time for 4 years. I think if I call them and order Ped Phoket, the owner already knows who is on the other phone. This (somewhat embarrassing) loyalty on my part underscores the delicious food from the Ruanthai snack bar. By the way: all the friends I was there with also thought it was great. So I assume that not only Ped Phoket tastes good.

Authentic Thai cuisine. Of course, not everyone here in DO can orig. Ingredients are found. Points deducted due to poor extractor hood, clothes smell like "kitchen". Compensation through good taste! Choice of drinks very limited. Self service!

Nowhere in Dortmund can you get more authentic Thai food. Diverse menu, great vegetarian dishes, everything tastes delicious. Favorite dishes: tofu curry and papaya salad (finally as hot as it should be).

Very very tasty. It tastes extraordinary and does not meet the standard. I can only recommend it to anyone who likes to eat Thai. Operation is also more than friendly and fulfills all special requests.

A very authentic Thai restaurant. The food is excellent, the ambience is authentic without being over the top. Yes, with 4-5 tables in the interior it is very narrow and manageable but class rather than mass predominates. Keep it up.

Was visiting this place when I visited my friends in Dortmund for reunion. This descent eatery served us delicious dishes yet in a very reasonable price! The fried tilapia and papaya salad were our favourite ;)

Although the papaya salad was a force, but my dish with beef was a disaster. The meat was as tough as a shoe sole, you could not eat. My girlfriend had a dish of fried asparagus and mushrooms - theoretical at least. There were no mushrooms in it. Prices for the offered quality too high. Not again.

If you want to eat well, without the ambience of luxury and bells and whistles, this is the place for you. Just eat top! Really authentic as in Thailand itself.

If you like Thai food and especially the 'still original taste' Thai food, this one is recommended. I come here often to eat my favourite street food Thai dish: 'papaya salad'. You can order it as spicy as you would like to. They also offer many dishes in their menu; 'tomyam soup', various curry dishes and of course fish with various sauce. Note: if you would like to focus on the meal not the cozy decoration - this simple imbiss is a great place.

This Restaurant looks like a standard place for fast food. We haven't expect something special. We were very confused by the smell and the look inside. But don't let it fool you. The cook is a Genius, the food was incredible tasty and the Personal is very kind and friendly. Very cheap Restaurant with original thai food and a fabulous cook!
